RankPrima Voice

Become the answer on Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant.

A voice assistant doesn’t read out a list — it picks one business, done. Every question you’re not the answer to is a customer for someone else. RankPrima Voice puts your business into the data sources assistants rely on. And keeps it correct.

Free, no strings attached — see where your business stands today.

“Hey Google, who is the best plumber near me?”

I found this for you: Peeters Plumbing in Ghent — open now. Want me to call?

One question, one answer. Make sure it’s you.

How assistants choose

Where does an assistant find its one answer?

Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant don’t make things up: they build their answer from a handful of data sources. Listed correctly? You’re in the game. Wrong or missing? To the assistant, you simply don’t exist.

Your Google Business Profile

For Google Assistant this is the main source. Your category, opening hours, photos and reviews decide whether you get named — or the business two streets over.

Maps and directories

Siri leans heavily on Apple Maps, Alexa on Bing and Yelp-style directories. Every source you’re missing from is an assistant that doesn’t know your name.

The exact same details everywhere

Assistants cross-check sources against each other. One outdated phone number or a differently spelled address, and your reliability drops — and with it, your chance of being the answer.

What you get every month

What RankPrima Voice measures for you every month

You run your business. The platform watches whether the assistants know it correctly — and tells you every month what needs doing.

Listings checked, source by source

The platform checks your business across the data sources voice assistants rely on, with the exact same name, address and phone number everywhere. If a listing is missing or wrong, you see it immediately — and we help you get it sorted.

Silent changes detected

Directories sometimes change details on their own or accept wrong suggestions from third parties. The platform keeps an eye on your listings and flags every deviation, so you can correct it before it costs you customers.

Google Business Profile audited

Categories, description, opening hours, photos and attributes: you see which fields are missing or out of step with how customers actually phrase their question.

A monthly visibility report

In your portal you follow your visibility score: where you’re already found, what changed this month and how you’re trending.

Honest expectations

How your visibility builds — the honest story

Voice visibility isn’t a switch, it’s a snowball. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Weeks 1–2

    The foundation

You get your full baseline: which sources list you correctly, which don't, and what is missing in each — ready to work through. Your starting score appears in your portal.

  2. Weeks 3–8

    The sources catch up

Every map service and directory processes changes at its own pace: some in days, others in weeks. Your score climbs as more sources show your correct details.

  3. Day 90

    The new normal

Your details are consistent everywhere and actively guarded. From here you build from strength — and see what moved, every single month.

Who Voice is for

Your customers are already asking. Who gets the answer?

Hands in the sink, on the wheel, on the sofa: voice search happens in moments when nobody compares ten results.

Plumber

If a pipe bursts in someone’s home, then no laptop gets opened. They shout with wet hands: “Hey Siri, plumber near me.” One name gets the call. The rest don’t exist.

Hairdresser

If someone decides on Friday night that Saturday needs a new look, then it happens on the go: “Ok Google, hairdresser open on Saturday.” If you’re the answer, that appointment lands in your diary.

Restaurant

If a family gets hungry on the road, then the assistant decides where they stop: “Alexa, where can we get good food around here?” If you’re not in the sources, they drive right past your door.

Garage

If a warning light comes on, then the driver searches hands-free: “Hey Google, garage near me.” Whoever is the answer gets the booking.

Frequently asked questions about RankPrima Voice

How is this different from an SEO agency?

An SEO agency works on your position in classic search results, the list of ten blue links. RankPrima Voice focuses on voice assistants: they give one answer and pull it from structured data sources. We don’t replace SEO — we cover the channel classic SEO doesn’t touch, for a fixed monthly price.

I already have a Google Business Profile. Do I still need Voice?

That profile is a strong start, and Voice audits it for you as well. But Siri and Alexa mostly look at other sources, such as Apple Maps, Bing and online directories. Voice makes sure you’re listed correctly in all of those sources — and stay that way — not just on Google.

Which voice assistants will I be found on?

We focus on the big three: Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant. We do that by keeping the data sources those assistants rely on correct and consistent — that’s where they get their answers.

How do I measure whether it works?

In your personal portal you follow your visibility score: which sources list you correctly, what changed and how your score evolves month after month. A fresh report lands there every month.

Am I tied to a contract?

No. The monthly plan can be cancelled per month. If you choose yearly billing, you pay for ten months instead of twelve — two months free — and your plan runs per year. Cancelling takes a few clicks; your plan then simply ends at the close of your current period.
