How payment works

Prices use the selected currency and exclude tax. Paddle, our merchant of record, shows your country’s applicable tax and final total before you confirm, processes the payment and issues your invoice.

On your card or bank statement the payment appears as "PADDLE.NET*".

Monthly billing carries a one-time setup fee; annual billing waives it. Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

The service is the same; the billing period differs. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10: Voice $490 instead of $588 and AI $990 instead of $1188 in subscription fees. That is 2 months free, with the setup fee waived. Monthly billing is $49 or $99 plus the stated one-time setup fee. You can end a monthly plan earlier.

What happens after the free scan?

See the AI answers received, checked profile details and anything that could not be measured. Then act yourself, choose Voice for an overview and action list, or hand over management with AI. You do not need another scan to choose a plan.

How long until I see results?

That depends on the improvements, the access required and how each platform processes changes. Your report shows available findings and progress. We do not promise a fixed time to an AI mention or higher ranking.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You know your business, the platform knows the tech. You answer a few questions — opening hours, services, what makes you different — and RankPrima tells you in plain language what is wrong and what to do about it. If you get stuck, we help you along.

Can I switch between Voice and AI?

Contact us if you want to change plans. We will confirm the price, what changes and when it takes effect before you proceed.

How does cancelling work?

No catches. A monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you like and runs until the end of the month you paid for. An annual plan runs until the end of the paid year, and we let you know well before it renews. No cancellation fee, no compulsory phone call — one email is enough.
